The Enhanced Zero Suffix Method is implementing in this paper to find an optimal solution to the problem of assignment & traveling salesman.  To achieve optimality, the proposed approach requires a smaller number of iterations for finding the optimal ASP solution. In order to verify the validity of the proposed procedure, numerical examples are provided here. The approach proposed is very basic, easy to understand and implement.

Educational systems are undergoing a pattern shift in the fight to encounter the requirements of learners in a world that is speedily moving from a technical, demographic, social, and environmentally friendly perspective in facilitating 21st-century learning skills for the development of creative insight among learners in inclusive classroom settings. In modern years, academic systems in the world have also advanced settings with an expanded pressure on emerging the skills, knowledge, and attitudes required for achievement in the 21st century. Teachers are facilitator and cohorts to practice a collective prospect prepared for the safety of persons, societies, and the world. Ensembled Elbow and Bray-Curtis Fuzzy C-Means Clustering For Energy Efficient Data Aggregation in WSN

Wireless sensor network (WSN) comprises the distributed sensors for aggregating and organizing the data. Data aggregation is the major concern in WSN since it relies on several factors, namely energy constraints of sensors, network topology, links conditions and so on. The conventional approach does not perform efficient data aggregation due to their battery power of nodes and degrade the network lifetime. To improve data aggregation and network lifetime, An Energy-Efficient Ensembled Elbow Fuzzy C-means Clustering based Data Aggregation (EEEEFCC-DA) method is designed. Initially, residual energy of each sensor node (SN) is calculated. To determine the number of clusters, the elbow method is used in fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm. Then, Centroids value is calculated for every cluster to group SNs. Bray-Curtis Similarity Index is used to compute the similarity between the SN and Centroids value of cluster. SNs are grouped depends on the similarity value. The process gets iterated until every SNs gets clustered to the suitable clusters. After that, the SN with higher residual energy is selected as cluster head (CH). CH gathers data from each SNs and send to sink node. This, assist to enhance the data gathering accuracy and lessen the energy consumption.  Simulation of EEEEFCC-DA method is carried out with various metrics namely energy consumption, network lifetime, data aggregation accuracy (DAA) and data aggregation time with number of SNs and number of data packets (DP). Results show that EEEEFCC-DA method provides better performance in term of DAA , network lifetime , energy consumption and data aggregation time than the conventional methods.

A study of teacher effectiveness of secondary school teachers in relation to their gender, location and type of school

The purpose of this research paper is to obtain access to the teacher effectiveness of secondary school teachers in relation to their gender, location and type of school. For the conduct of the research, the survey approach was used. The Teacher Effectiveness Scale (2010) was created by Dr. Shallu Puri and Prof. S.C. Ghakhar to gather data from teachers in secondary schools. Samples of 130 secondary school teachers from the Jalandhar district of Punjab were randomly chosen for this research. To analyze the results, statistical techniques such as Mean, SD, and t-test were used. The result showed that at both stages of importance, there is no significant difference between female and male high school teachers. There is a significant difference between the effectiveness of urban and rural secondary school teachers at both levels, and there is a significant difference between the effectiveness of teachers among secondary school teachers with regard to the form of institution.

The growth of various types of information happens day by day. The increased production of data, in turn, led to the invention of various data storage tools. The idea of storing data in DNA is now one of the major focuses. There are so many methods for storing data in DNA, the method put forward by Nick Goldman and Evan Birney has so many advantages over the other methods. They had converted data in the binary form into ternary by using improved Huffman coding of base 3. This helped to reduce the error rate that had produced in the earlier works.

Ayurvedic system of medicine includes an important class of drugs of mineral origin under which there is as subclass known as ayurvedic bhasmas. These are derived from metals like gold, silver, copper, iron, lead, supreme medicines due to their extraordinary medicinal properties. However, according to the modern science, heavy metals referred above are difficult to absorb at cellular levels and therefore are toxic and harmful to human bodies. As against this according to ayurved, all these elements, after ayurvedic processes of bhasmikarana not only lose their toxicity but miraculous medicinal properties are induced when they are transformed into what is called as bhasma state. In an attempt to elucidate the exact nature of this bhasma state, we found that a genuine Ayurveda bhasma possesses two characteristics (i) extremely tiny particle size, tending to nano level of the order of 20-90 nm and (ii) attachment of organic components to these nanosized bhasma particles. These findings are expected to be useful to throw light on the medicinal potential of ayurvedic bhasma. On this point of view, this work is concerned with analysis and study of samples of lohabhasma by Infrared spectroscopy method.

Synthesis of anticorrosive and flame-retardant coating based on turmeric (Curcuma longa) and magnesium hydroxide

The green corrosion inhibitor is used in epoxy coating system by extraction of turmeric in dimethyl formamide (DMF). The major component extracted is curcumin. Three concentrations have been studied for anticorrosive performance i.e., X, 2X and 4X. Among this X based concentration showed the best performance. Magnesium hydroxide Mg(OH)2 has been treated with 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS). It was added into coating formulation at three concentrations namely 5%, 7% and 10% (w/w). The best anticorrosive performance has been observed for 5% concentration. As the concentration increases the anticorrosive performance decreases but flame retardancy increases. The 7% Mg(OH)2 concentration has been combine studied with turmeric X concentration. It is observed that combination of extract with Mg(OH)2 gives good anticorrosive performance as well as flame retardant properties. The anticorrosive performance is evaluated by salt spray and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and flame retardancy is evaluated by Limiting oxygen index (LOI) and UL-94 study.

Electronic and Magnetic Structure Study of NiV2O4

Inspired by recent experiments and theoretical work on vanadium spinels, the least investigated vanadium spinel i.e. NiV2O4 has been explored theoretically in this work. The systems is found to have an optimized vanadium- vanadium distance of 2.94 , which is the same as the limit of itinerancy in vanadium spinels.  This indicates that the system is sitting exactly at the border between metallic and insulating phase. The calculations show that there is no tetragonal distortion present in it and it would prefer normal spinel structure. The DFT calculations have been performed using GGA approximation.

Cloud servers have become an option for the organizations to store their files and data. Security in the hybrid and multi-cloud environment is always a challenge to be considered. Client can access the cloud servers to upload the files and documents. In a particular time, when cloud servers restrict access to client for storing the files, then the client can assign its proxy to process the files and upload them. Contrarily, integrity checking is also a significant security issue. It allows customers to verify if their outsourced data is kept intact without the entire data being downloaded. In Hybrid and Multi Cloud environments, a new proxy-oriented multiple file uploading and integrity checking model is proposed to resolve security problems. This concrete safety protocol is built with the aid in the Multi-Cloud Environment.

The aim of this paper is to introduce the concept of Pentapartitioned Neutrosophic Pythagorean Set with truth membership function T, contradiction membership function C, ignorance membership function U and false membership function Fare dependent neutrosophic components and unknown membership function I as an independent neutrosophic component. Pentapartitioned neutrosophic pythagorean set is an extension of  Quadripartitioned neutrosophic pythagorean set. By combining five value neutrosophic logic with neutrosophic pythagorean set, we will obtain Pentapartitioned neutrosophic pythagorean set.The complement, union and intersection of Pentapartitioned neutrosophic pythagorean sets are also discussed in this paper. We establish some of its relative properties of Pentapartitioned neutrosophic pythagorean set.

New Insights into Image Restoration Using Filter Analysis and Noise Models

Image restoration, by eliminating noise and blur from an image, restores the original image. In certain cases, image blur is inevitable, and to eliminate blur caused by camera shake or radar imaging or to remove the effect of image system reaction, etc. There are many suggested methods for noise removal and our paper will investigate and address various models of noise and blur and methods of restoration. There are numerous techniques developed, the most efficient being the Wiener filter and is the fundamental noise reduction approach. Wiener filters may cause some undesired effects in image restoration (significant degradation in quality). Various techniques and models are approached in the establishment of the power spectrum of noise and undegraded images. In terms of noise reduction and image restoration, this paper studies the Wiener filter's assumption and quantitative performance improvement. The SNR is improved considerably. But noise reduction is directly proportional to image degradation. To counter this, we must have prior knowledge of the original image by some PDF (Probability Distribution Function).

Development of Eco-Friendly Sanitary Napkins using Sansevieria trifasciata Fibres coated with Rosa damascena Extracts

The present paper highlights the issue of non biodegradability of commercial sanitary pads and importance of using Sansevieria trifasciata plant fibres as biodegradable and eco friendly absorbent core in sanitary napkin. Commercial pads are non biodegradable causing accumulation of menstrual waste and degradation of environment. A study estimated that on an average 335 million menstruating women dispose 432 million pads every month. These sanitary pads are non-biodegradable and remain in the landfills for about 800 years. Wood pulp is the major raw material which is used as absorbent core in feminine hygienic product. But over usage of these natural resources will lead to deforestation. Commercial sanitary napkins contain chemicals which affects the health status of women. The best alternative for these synthetic materials are agricultural and plant based fibers as they are abundant, non toxic, environmental friendly and bio degradable. The purpose of the research work focuses on preliminary testing of Sansavieria trifasciata plant fibers to develop sanitary napkin with antimicrobial finishes. Sansevieria trifasciata fibers were extracted from the leaves of the plant which was subjected to pre-treatment such as scouring and bleaching to enhance the absorption property of fibers. Microencapsulation with Rosa damascena extract was applied to impart antimicrobial function to fibers. The present research work concludes that the microencapsulation of Sansevieria trifasciata fibers possess antimicrobial properties against different microorganisms such as Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas sp. and Candida sp. Thus Sansevieria trifasciata plant fibers could be an ideal substitute for absorbent core used in sanitary pads.

In the current situation Corona is a well known word to each and everyone. The Corona virus has been spread almost all the countries. Even in India large number of class, caste, gender and region are impacted by the COVID-19. Central government and State governments of India declared lockdown to avoid the spread of virus throughout the India. Due to these pandemic socio-economic conditions of all the sectors including education sector is radically disrupted. It has been made the government, non-government sectors and public to deal with their situations and issues effectively. During this period the schools, colleges and universities closed to break up the spread chain of Corona. The education sector also took remedial measures to prevent any disruption to the academic year. The authorities of sector implemented online learning from home. Learning inequality among school children is increased due to the shifting of traditional class room into digital classroom. Education through online in Rural India is negatively affected compared to urban. Author winded up the study with highlighting the major problems faced by the schools, teachers, parents and children. Some possible suggestions are mentioned to overcome from these difficulties to get the equality between rural and urban education.

The microwave remote sensing system is the broadest tool use to get information about the earth's objects in the form of images. These images are very much affected by various noises, which affects the precision of the images. These, in turn, affect the information present in it. To improve, the quality of satellite images, denoising of the image is an essential task. Gaussian noise majorly seen in all remotely sensed images. Natural sources cause this noise during the acquisition of the image. Many Researchers used Numerous types of filtering techniques to reduce such noises. In this paper, we have focused on lowering Gaussian noise from the microwave satellite dataset. To minimise Gaussian noise, the spatial domain Gaussian Low Pass Filter (GLPF) with different window sizes applied to a single Polarized (HH) L-band ALOS PALSAR satellite SLC level-1 Datasets. The results of filtered images are evaluated based on the respective mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variance.

Cloud computing is becoming a powerful network architecture to perform computing that is both large and complex. We present a cloud computing survey which outlines its core concepts, architectural principles, state-of- the art deployment and research challenges. Due to security issues, information over the Internet is becoming important. We have suggested a method to protect critical file data. Cryptography algorithms are an efficient way to encrypt sensitive data. It is a retrieval and transmission system that is readable only by intended users. The low cost and data usability of cloud computing is advantageous. Cloud storage has many advantages at low cost and data connectivity through the Internet. Ensured cloud data protection is an important part of the cloud computing environment because customers often store sensitive information with cloud storage services but they are not secure services. So, it remains a challenge to exchange data in a safe way while storing data from an unconfident cloud. Our solution guarantees consumer confidential data protection and privacy by using the AES, RC2 algorithm to store data in a single cloud. The cloud computing concept and transitional discussion under cloud computing will be provided previously proposed. The emphasis of my study is to find co-relation between attitude and habits of 10th class students of CB. I collected the data from 200 students of C.B.S.E and P.S.E.B. My emphasis was on gender in relation to habits and attitude scale as determine by Mathur and Mukhopadhaya.My findings determined significant differences in the mean score of study habits and attitude of the 10th class students of P.S.E.B. in relation to gender similar finding determined difference in study habits and attitude of 10th class students of C.B.S.E. in relation to gender.

The aim of this paper is to introduce the new concept of quadri partitioned neutrosophic soft set and discussed some of its properties.And the focus of this paper is to propose a new notion of quadri partitioned neutrosophic soft set and to study some basic operations and results in quadri partitioned neutrosophic soft set. Further we develop a systematic study on quadri partitioned neutrosophic soft set and obtain various properties induced by them. Some equivalent characterization and inter-relations among them are discussed with counter example.
