Agriculture is a process of growing crops, soil cultivating, it provides food and fabric and helps for growing country's economy. In India more than 50% of people directly and indirectly depend on the agriculture. For developing agriculture, main interceptions are weather hazards and the crop diseases. Weather hazards cannot be prevented, but the loss that occurs due to crop diseases can be reduced. This can be achieved by identifying the crop disease as early as possible and it is also important to identify the type of crop diseases for preventing the spreading of the disease. In India, we have 160 million hectares of arable land and it is second largest country after the United States. Identifying the crop diseases by human action manually is practically difficult and it is hard to identify the type of crop diseases. So, many researchers involved in to identify the crop diseases based on the image processing for helping the real-time gadgets which can be used to identify the crop disease and its types. This survey focuses on the investigation on the different surveys carried out and work related to the crop disease identification and detection based on the image processing. Computer vision and image processing-based work will help to detect of crop diseases along with many practical based applications like drones, IoT based devices etc. In recent studies most of the works are depending on the machine learning and deep learning-based image processing on various studies of predictions. After analyzing the related work on crop detection based on image processing, most of the works achieved better results based on deep learning algorithms compared to the machine learning algorithms.

DOI:
10.47392/irjash.2021.162
Working capital is significant because of the effects it has on profitability and value. The conventional relationship between the cash conversion cycle and firm profitability is that reducing the cash conversion cycle improves firm profitability. Shortening the cash conversion time, on the other hand, can hurt the firm's operations and reduce profitability. This may occur when a firm takes steps to shorten the inventory conversion time; when a firm reduces the receivable settlement period, a firm could lose its good credit customers; and when a firm lengthens the payable deferral period, a firm may damage its own credit credibility. Identifying optimum levels of inventory, receivables, and payables where net keeping and opportunity costs are reduced and recalculating the cash turnover time based on these optimal stages, on the other hand, gives more full and precise insights into the performance of working capital management. According to the findings, the chosen firms have a poor average return on asset and return on equity, as well as a slightly negative cash conversion time. After adjusting for heteroskedasticity of data to minimise the effects of outliers, regression results revealed that cash conversion cycle has a significantly positive association with both return on assets and equity, indicating that it is not always necessary that the lower the cash conversion cycle, the greater the profitability measured through return on assets and equity. If the company will sell the goods and recover the receivables before paying the payables, the case would be somewhat different.

The study exhibits to understand the cracks generation and propagation inside the material as a source of the identification. The research is based primarily on the assessment of deflection, tension, and fracture propagation in structures through digital image processing (DIP) and its correlation. The DIP is a non-destructive assessment technique to capture microstructure pictures and loading in various loading scenarios. In order to monitor features and assign their position to a defined coordinate system, photogrammetry concepts are applied. The generated displacement data represents the typical movement present concerning the initial location in the centre of the tiny sub-images employed in the analysis. Aerial or satellite photos collected before and after the earthquake may currently be analyzed in techniques to deduce co-seismic terrain malformations with sub-pixel correlation. Due to the intrinsic diversity of natural faults and deformations, the interpretation of this data is not straightforward. The study of the correlation with either program clearly shows the relative shifts, the friction interface, the rupture arrest on the border, and wing fractures. The observations of displacement collected are transformed into strains using non-local denoising algorithms. This work is the first step in combining the digital picture association approach with high-speed photography to record transient dynamic rupture events. For measuring surface movement and tension in concrete, the DIP technology and the MATLAB® Program tracking have been employed.

The construction of high-rise buildings all overthe world and India is overgrowing. Steel has more advantages in the modern world. Itprovidesan innovativeframe system, easy assembly, a high weight-to-weightratio,differentstrengths, and a more extensive section range. The high-rise structures are environmentally friendly, which iswhy steel is used in high-risebuildingsworldwide. So far, designers have only considered gravity when planning buildings. Earthquakes, wind, and lateral forces havebeen addedto the design. The challenge is to find the economic structure system of high-rise buildings in the Indian scenario. Thisdocument covers various structural steel systems: moment stabilization frame system, composite frame system, roof rack system with stabilizingbelt, shear wall frame system, frame tube system. When designing multi-storey buildings, truss systems, clusterpiping systems for high-rise buildings, lateral loads (wind or seismic loads) are mainly responsible for demolition, which usually determines structural systems for high-rise buildings. Tomake the drift asa minimum, the beams, and columns to beenlarged. In a building with a small number of floors, the lateral load rarely affects the increase in the building and the increase in size. Considering the live and dead loads, the component structureis an option for possible rearrangement of the structure. In other side load resistance systems under study, the side displacement in the torque frame is the highest. The lateral displacement ofthe double frame is the smallest, and the lateral displacement of the sliding wall system is slightly higher than that of the double system.

Quantum computing is a fantastic technology that has been evolved throughout time and is 100 trillion times quicker than a supercomputer. It is based on quantum theory, which can do calculations using probability theory and linear algebra. These two disciplines of research are involved in all sub-areas of Data Science and other contemporary technology domains, and can answer a wide range of complex problems which even the most powerful supercomputer cannot carry out. Instead of just 0's and 1's where the classical computers encipher the data or convert the information, it works on qubit that is, it can hold up to two bits which is called as Quantum superposition where it has two different states zero or one in which it can be defined and is also possible for it to exist in both, i.e. a superposition of the two states. Light based quantum computer outperforms the classical super computer by exceeding its performance speed. Quantum computing can solve known problems such as encryption and cyber security. Quantum computing has the ability to process quickly to arrive at a solution and offers well and more computing power to the world of Artificial Intelligence systems and efficient Machine learning systems by solving small and large problems much faster.
