Analysis Affect Factors of Smart Meter A PLS-SEM Neural Network

Smart electricity meters measure, control, analyze, and predict the amount of electricity used. Do the same for water and gas power. Automatically svae this monitoring data to the energy provider, for billing and tracking services. In developed countries, there has not been a consensus to accept the use of smart electricity meters, in addition to the benefits mentioned above, there are many possible risks when using smart meters. This paper examines information technology system (IS) related factors and engineering model related factors following technical readiness such as optimism, innovation insecurity, and discomfort. Accompanying that is the expectation of a smart meter, for the Vietnamese people’s intention to continuously use smart meters. The oriented approach is applied to evaluate the intention model of continuous use of smart meters, through the survey results of 500 answer samples of Vietnamese people. We propose to use a 2-layer research model to analyze the results of the user survey about the smart meter system. Most of the previous studies on smart meter systems focused on analyzing the impact of factors affecting applications, using single-step Structure Equation Modeling (SEM). The purpose of this study based on the Technology Acceptance Method (TAM) theory, describes the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method to perform indepth analysis, yielding more accurate results than the SEM model. The study measures the relationship between the readiness for new technologies (optimision, innovation, discomfort, and insecurity). Technology acceptance (Perceived ease of use, Perceived usefulness). Expectations confirmed and Information systems acceptance (service quality, system quality, and information quality). This paper outlines the research model of the multi-analysis approach by combining Partial Least Squares Structure Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and Artificial Neural Network (ANN) analysis. First, the PLS-SEM model evaluates the factors affecting the intention to use the smart meter system. Second, ANN ranks the impact factors of important predictors from the PLS-SEM model. The findings from the PLS-SEM and ANN approach research model confirm the results obtained from PLS-SEM by ANN. In addition, ANN performs linear and non-linear relational modeling with high prediction accuracy compared with the SEM model. In addition, an Importance Performance Map Analysis (IPMA) analyzes the results accurately for factors’ important performance.

Analysis of Interpersonal Skill Learning Outcomes in Business English Students Class

The research examines the interpersonal competence of student communication in the Business English study program. Interpersonal competence refers to the ability of individuals to collaborate and communicate in groups, both verbally and nonverbally. People with effective interpersonal skills will be sensitive to the feelings and emotions of others around them. This ability is a way to mea- sure the quality of interpersonal communication, which includes knowledge of the rules of nonverbal communication, such as physical contact and intimacy, knowledge of interaction by context, attention to the person to whom to com- municate, and attention to the amount. This is evidenced by the test results data of class A students of the Class of 2020, the average score obtained in the listening skill aspect is 53.56, the emotional intelligence aspect is 57.65, and verbal communication is 45. 47, communication in groups is 53.27, and the average score of students totalling 45 is 53.11. There are eleven students who are at a level below average, this happens because of several factors. Then the average score in class B class of 2020, in the aspect of listening skills is 53.35, emotional intelligence is 57.67, verbal communication is 47.47, and communi- cation in the group is 53.28 while the total average number of res throughout is 53.44. There were 21 students who were in the below-average category out of a total of 43. Based on the data obtained, it shows that the scores obtained by class A and B Year 2020 are not too significantly different, this happens because the students experience the same difficulties

Comparison of multi-class motor imagery classification methods for EEG signals

This paper presents a comparative study of EEG-based multiclass motor imagery classifiers based on Kullback-Leiber regularised Riemann Mean and support vector machine, hybrid one versus one classifier, linear discriminant analysis, and convolutional neural network. The paper is felt to be of inter- est to those researchers working in the motor imagery classification of EEG signals. The work presented in this paper helps to understand the basics of different multi-class motor imagery classifiers, their accuracy, and the number of channels involved.

The Poisson’s ratio, bulk modulus, Young’s modulus and modulus of rigidity are the elastic moduli that are frequently employed in engineering practice. In the industrial world, elastic data are utilised to assess material strength. When considering the polycrystalline material (such as spinel ferrites, superconduc- tors, perovskites and garnets) expose to mechanical stresses, information of the material’s magnetic, electric, elastic and dielectric properties aid in finding the material’s suitability for a given application. From the perspective of funda- mental research, understanding elastic moduli clarifies the nature of forces (i.e interatomic and interionic) in the nanomaterial. Studies on a material’s elasticity play a significant role because they are crucial for determining the strength of its binding force. The computation of elastic moduli plays a very important role in overcoming physical stresses especially in material fabrica- tion and its industrial use. The present review focuses on the determination of elastic modulli using X-ray diffractometry and infrared spectroscopy.

Virtual Discussion for Improving Motivation: A Christian Education Strategy against Covid-19 Pandemic Effect

There was a big question about the transition to online learning on around the world, could it motivate student as good as the traditional methods? This study is aimed at finding out the effectiveness of virtual discussion for improving motivation of students during the Covid-19 pandemic. A total of sixty Christian students of State Vocational High School Malang were involved in the study, separated in two classes. The first class was treated with virtual discussion method and the other class as a control class. This study used a quasi-experimental research design, and analyzed using a paired sample t-test. The result obtained sig. 0.000 less than 0.05, showed a significant difference in the mean scores, indicated that virtual discussion was effective for improving motivation of students. From the finding, it is recommended to use virtual discussion in Christian education, against Covid-19 pandemic effect.

After the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic there had been huge changes in the shopping behaviour of customers across world. From bulk buying to online shopping there is a major change in what, when and how people are buying. As people are avoiding going to public places, online shopping has become even more prominent now. This paves the way for the online shopping stores giving them competitive advantage over traditional shopping stores. Amazon and Flipkart, which are the two most leading online shopping stores have also been beneficially affected by this shift of customer purchasing behaviour. Both Amazon and Flipkart are seeing accelerated growth in online sales fuelled by first time buyers and sellers from small towns. In this study the overall customer attitude towards the two sites is measured and compared with the help of Fishbein Multi-Attribute Model. An analysis is done to determine the important attributes that matters more to the customers ,on which these online sites need to focus on and also the perception of customers on performance of  the two sites on those attributes is assessed.

Smart Health Prediction Using Machine Learning

The "Smart Health Prediction Using Machine Learning" system, based on predictive modelling, predicts the disease of patients/users on the basis of the symptoms that the user provides symptoms as an input to the system. The application has three login options: user/patient login, doctor login, and admin login.The device analyses the symptoms given by the user/patient as input and provides the likelihood of the disease as output based on the prediction using the algorithm. Smart health predictions are made by the implementation of the Naïve Bayes Classifier. The Naïve Bayes Classifier measures the disease percentage probability by considering all its features that is trained during the training phase.Exact interpretation of disease data benefits early patient/user disease prediction and provides clear vision about the disease to the user. After a prediction, the user/patient can consult a specialist doctor using a chat consulting window. It uses machine learning algorithms and database management techniques to extract new patterns from historical data. The Forecast Accuracy can improve with the use of a machine learning algorithm and the user/patient will get fast and easy access to the application.

In this paper we have proposed a room sanitation robot. The world around us is facing new threats day by day, latest being the corona virus. Social distancing, wearing masks, sanitizing the hands and disinfecting rooms are some precautionary measures to be taken against this deadly virus. Hence our project aims at disinfecting the rooms by deploying robots instead of manpower. Steriloid is a sanitizing robot which can be used to sanitize rooms, pathways, roads etc. It can be controlled in two modes manually or automatically. In the Automatic mode, the robot moves around the room with the help of two ultrasonic sensors. The sensors detect the obstacle while the robot is in motion and control the robot accordingly. In the Manual mode, complete control of the robot is in the user's hands. A mobile application is used to control the robot via a Bluetooth module. So the robot can move to any location. Sanitizer or sanitizing liquid is filled inside a reservoir and a pump is placed inside it. When the robot starts moving, the pump can be turned on from the mobile or manually and it starts sanitizing the room.

It may be the nature taught man in the yester years, gurukulas in the golden period of many kings, Government Schools and colleges’ post-independence era and convents, international schools, deemed universities in the 21st century, its common objective of all these institutions is to educate the human race. Education is not just reading the books and getting a degree from a University, it is the holistic development of an individual physically, mentally, financially and economically. The aim of education is to bring overall development of an individual and make him today a productive citizen, for tomorrow’s nation. Every country develops its education system to express and promote its unique socio-cultural identity and to meet the growing demand of job and career opportunities. The country has reached a stage in economic and technological progress and efforts must be made to ensure that the fruits of change reach all the sections of the society. The National Education Policy- 1986 focused on common curriculum framework that contains a common core along with other components that are flexible. Child-centric approach is given prominence in elementary education, followed by secondary education giving prominence to girl child education and SC, ST and BC categories of education. The National Education Policy-2020, which is reformed after 34 years, emphasized more on holistic approach with multi-disciplinary courses and students are facilitated with bucket system of choosing subjects of their interest. This paper focuses on the comparative study on the highlighted aspects of NEP of both 1986 and 2020.

This report aims to give an overview of a standalone automatic fan speed controller that controls the speed of an electric fan according to our requirement. With the help of the embedded technology makes more efficient and reliable with this closed loop feedback control system. This project is the Temperature Based Fan Speed Control & Monitoring with the help of the Arduino UNO and LM35 Temperature Sensor. In this the microcontroller controls the speed of an electric fan according to the requirement & allows faster control and the LCD display makes the system user-friendly. The LCD panel displays the Sensed temperature in Celsius Scale and fan speed in percentage simultaneously.

We also discuss about the cyber bullying taking place at various places like school, college, university etc.Even we conducted a small survey and unstructured interviews with the teachers, professionalisms about the cyber bullying.
