Biosynthesis of Manganese oxide nanoparticle using Murraya Koenigii

The rise of nanotechnology has brought to the world a new potential and the use of different nanomaterials has revolutionized both the industrial and biomedical worlds with the broader perspective of what humanity can achieve through material manipulation at the nanoscale.  Nanoscale particles possess distinct characteristics which  advances in exploring and exploiting the uses of nanostructured materials.   Due to the high surface to volume ratio and high reactivity there is a great potential for metal and metaloxide nanostructures. Synthesis of nanoparticles by physical and chemical methods are costly and toxic to the environment. Use of biosynthesis provides advancement over physical and chemical methods and may lead to the development of clean, non-toxic and environmental acceptable procedures which involves organisms ranging from bacteria to fungi and also plants.  Green synthesis of metal nanoparticles is an expanding area of research  and in the current study, Murraya koenigii i.e., Curry leaf powder was used for the green method  by which  manganese oxide nanoparticle synthesis was developed. Murraya Koenigii which belongs to Rutaceae family has  found to be potent antioxidant due to high concentrations of carbazoles, a water soluble heterocyclic compound  and also responsible for the reduction  of metal ions.   The present study focus on the development manganese oxide nanoparticles from the leaf extract of murraya koenigii where potassium permanganate act as  precursor. Crystal phase identification of manganese oxide  nanoparticles was studied by X-ray diffraction analysis and  optical characterisation was carried out using Uv-Vis spectrophotometer.

At present, in the whole world from developed countries to third-world, digitization has taken place in society and economy with great intensity and also being adapted by a common person as his/her normal daily routine. Due to this huge amount of data is being processed and stored in data centers. Based on earlier studies, it has been observed that, Due to the overload of data & traffic, data centers are consuming more energy than any other setup. Energy consumption of hyperscale & mid level data centers increasing continuously from the very beginning of their setup. As the demand of energy is growing, so the need of production and expense on energy is also growing in energy demand in future (at-least one decade). In this paper one of the topics specially related to the improvement of energy efficiency through IT software has been taken. And a method has to be established whereby all the data centers with different geographical locations can have fewer loads on power sources and they can take advantage of low cost energy and hence will be able to operate even less.

Managing water consumption is vital for life preservation. Knowing water and power consumption at homes can have a great impact water saving. This project presents an innovative home security control system, based on controlling door with power and water resource while increasing the added values for security applications. When we in front of the door the IR sensor sense the position and lock the door using key, automatically signal send to the microcontroller. It acts as a brain of the system. After receiving signal switch ON the relay circuit, OFF the power supply, shut off water line using solenoid valve. This would make the security process more efficient and convenient for house owners.

Virtual Discussion for Improving Motivation: A Christian Education Strategy against Covid-19 Pandemic Effect

There was a big question about the transition to online learning on around the world, could it motivate student as good as the traditional methods? This study is aimed at finding out the effectiveness of virtual discussion for improving motivation of students during the Covid-19 pandemic. A total of sixty Christian students of State Vocational High School Malang were involved in the study, separated in two classes. The first class was treated with virtual discussion method and the other class as a control class. This study used a quasi-experimental research design, and analyzed using a paired sample t-test. The result obtained sig. 0.000 less than 0.05, showed a significant difference in the mean scores, indicated that virtual discussion was effective for improving motivation of students. From the finding, it is recommended to use virtual discussion in Christian education, against Covid-19 pandemic effect.

In this paper we have proposed a room sanitation robot. The world around us is facing new threats day by day, latest being the corona virus. Social distancing, wearing masks, sanitizing the hands and disinfecting rooms are some precautionary measures to be taken against this deadly virus. Hence our project aims at disinfecting the rooms by deploying robots instead of manpower. Steriloid is a sanitizing robot which can be used to sanitize rooms, pathways, roads etc. It can be controlled in two modes manually or automatically. In the Automatic mode, the robot moves around the room with the help of two ultrasonic sensors. The sensors detect the obstacle while the robot is in motion and control the robot accordingly. In the Manual mode, complete control of the robot is in the user's hands. A mobile application is used to control the robot via a Bluetooth module. So the robot can move to any location. Sanitizer or sanitizing liquid is filled inside a reservoir and a pump is placed inside it. When the robot starts moving, the pump can be turned on from the mobile or manually and it starts sanitizing the room.

Nagaland has a tradition of beekeeping since time immemorial. They practice both apiculture and meliponiculture, while the former is preferred over the latter. Meliponicluture or stingless beekeeping is negligible due to little or no domestication technology. Stingless bee is the smallest honey producing bee. The honey of stingless bee taste  sweet and sour and is different from common honey. Nagas use the stingless honey as an ethno-remedy to treat various diseases and usually take it before going out for hard work to get more strength and energy. It has high demand in the market because of its great medicinal value. However demand of the market is not fulfilled due to less number of stingless bee keepers. Nagaland Beekeeping and Honey Mission- NBHM has opened many avenues for the beekeepers to sell their pure organic produce like in Hornbill festival at Kohima, and also to local, national and international tourist. This paper would like to study the economic importance of beekeeper with a special reference to stingless bee in rural areas. The researcher would like to emphasize on how the village livelihood are sustained by rearing bee. It will also cover the farmers with beekeeping as hobby turn into  full time prosperous beekeepers.

In modern days the study and research of metallic nanoparticles is one of the important fields of science due to its important application in the field of catalysis, bio-medical, sensors, antimicrobials, catalysis, agricultural field etc. The green synthesis of nanoparticles have proved to be better than the chemical method due to the large amount of capital involved in production in chemical method and it can solve the difficult environmental challenges like solar energy conservation , agricultural production, catalysis etc. These biocompatible nanoparticles exists in the form of mono-metallic nanoparticles or in two or more metals as alloys found extremely beneficial applications as antioxidant, anticancer, antimicrobial, antidiabetic, anticoagulant agents. In this review, an attempt is made to project the different routes of bio-synthesized processes to obtain metallic nanoparticles and their biomedical utilizations.

Promoting the Affective Domain within Global Pandemic: The Challenge of Christian Education

The Christian faith was not merely a matter of knowledge (cognitive domain) alone, but also about feelings and attitudes (affective domain), and deed or practice (psychomotor aspects). All domains in the viewpoint of the Christian faith influenced each other so that all need to get the same judgment. The problem was they were no longer having public meeting, especially in Christian education classes. In the other hand, it was hard to touch affective domain without face-to-face learning. This study investigated the effect of cooperative learning on affective domain in Christian education during the global pandemic of Covid-19. This study was conducted among forty Christian students, and adopted quasi-experimental design with two groups, the experimental group and control group. Prior to the t analysis, the pre-requite test for normality had been conducted. Then, data were analyzed by using paired sample T-Test. The result of analysis revealed that that affective domain in Christian education can be promoted by cooperative learning. Paired sample t-test showed that the value of significance (2-tailed) was less than 0.05, indicated that there was a significant difference of mean between pre-test and post-test results. In this regard, cooperative learning can be solution to increase affective domain in Christian education during pandemic. Further studies are suggested to be conducted with larger samples.

Design and Analysis of Foot Orthotic For Lower Limb Deformities Using Composites

This research details a procedure for the systematic design of foot orthotics based on simulation models and validation of the same with subsequent experiment. The present model may ultimately to replace the use of empirical tables for the designing of foot orthotics in accordance to the weight and activities of end-users. This present model is so general that it can simulate different kind of orthotics, loading conditions and material properties to give the desired output. Finally, the proposed model and the corresponding results may lead to the form of design basis for new generation foot orthotics. The methodical approach to the development of engineering analysis models using the FEA technique. Orthotic devices have been commonly made from plastics like polypropylene. However, insufficient mechanical properties, labour intensive preparation process, long client’s visiting times urge us to seek an alternative. Presently, two different advanced composite materials (Glassfiber, Basalt-fiber) have been chosen for the analysis purpose to achieve the low weight and High Strength.

To fulfill this demand of electrical energy alternative methods are very much important now. The researchers stand motivating in solar energy generation, dc-dc converters etc. In this paper Performance analysis of different dc/dc converters and comparative study of them is focused. All converters will work in Continuous conduction mode. The performance analysis of different converters (Buck, Boost, Buck Boost, CUK, SEPIC, Positive Output Super-Lift Luo Converter) and comparison of those converter’s simulation results discussed using MULTISIM 14.0.

Cyber bullying is a threat to the persons who are very socially active in various social media platforms. So, in this paper we deal with what is cyber bullying and types of it. We also discuss about the cyber bullying taking place at various places like school, college, university etc.Even we conducted a small survey and unstructured interviews with the teachers, professionalisms about the cyber bullying. So in the results we discuss about the survey and interview results after properly analyzing it. We also give some of the way that how to stop cyber bullying and its limitations to fight with it easily
