Ensembled Elbow and Bray-Curtis Fuzzy C-Means Clustering For Energy Efficient Data Aggregation in WSN

Wireless sensor network (WSN) comprises the distributed sensors for aggregating and organizing the data. Data aggregation is the major concern in WSN since it relies on several factors, namely energy constraints of sensors, network topology, links conditions and so on. The conventional approach does not perform efficient data aggregation due to their battery power of nodes and degrade the network lifetime. To improve data aggregation and network lifetime, An Energy-Efficient Ensembled Elbow Fuzzy C-means Clustering based Data Aggregation (EEEEFCC-DA) method is designed. Initially, residual energy of each sensor node (SN) is calculated. To determine the number of clusters, the elbow method is used in fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm. Then, Centroids value is calculated for every cluster to group SNs. Bray-Curtis Similarity Index is used to compute the similarity between the SN and Centroids value of cluster. SNs are grouped depends on the similarity value. The process gets iterated until every SNs gets clustered to the suitable clusters. After that, the SN with higher residual energy is selected as cluster head (CH). CH gathers data from each SNs and send to sink node. This, assist to enhance the data gathering accuracy and lessen the energy consumption.  Simulation of EEEEFCC-DA method is carried out with various metrics namely energy consumption, network lifetime, data aggregation accuracy (DAA) and data aggregation time with number of SNs and number of data packets (DP). Results show that EEEEFCC-DA method provides better performance in term of DAA , network lifetime , energy consumption and data aggregation time than the conventional methods.

A study of teacher effectiveness of secondary school teachers in relation to their gender, location and type of school

The purpose of this research paper is to obtain access to the teacher effectiveness of secondary school teachers in relation to their gender, location and type of school. For the conduct of the research, the survey approach was used. The Teacher Effectiveness Scale (2010) was created by Dr. Shallu Puri and Prof. S.C. Ghakhar to gather data from teachers in secondary schools. Samples of 130 secondary school teachers from the Jalandhar district of Punjab were randomly chosen for this research. To analyze the results, statistical techniques such as Mean, SD, and t-test were used. The result showed that at both stages of importance, there is no significant difference between female and male high school teachers. There is a significant difference between the effectiveness of urban and rural secondary school teachers at both levels, and there is a significant difference between the effectiveness of teachers among secondary school teachers with regard to the form of institution.

There are so many methods for storing data in DNA, the method put forward by Nick Goldman and Evan Birney has so many advantages over the other methods. They had converted data in the binary form into ternary by using improved Huffman coding of base 3. This helped to reduce the error rate that had produced in the earlier works.

Ayurvedic system of medicine includes an important class of drugs of mineral origin under which there is as subclass known as ayurvedic bhasmas. These are derived from metals like gold, silver, copper, iron, lead, supreme medicines due to their extraordinary medicinal properties. However, according to the modern science, heavy metals referred above are difficult to absorb at cellular levels and therefore are toxic and harmful to human bodies. As against this according to ayurved, all these elements, after ayurvedic processes of bhasmikarana not only lose their toxicity but miraculous medicinal properties are induced when they are transformed into what is called as bhasma state. In an attempt to elucidate the exact nature of this bhasma state, we found that a genuine Ayurveda bhasma possesses two characteristics (i) extremely tiny particle size, tending to nano level of the order of 20-90 nm and (ii) attachment of organic components to these nanosized bhasma particles. These findings are expected to be useful to throw light on the medicinal potential of ayurvedic bhasma. On this point of view, this work is concerned with analysis and study of samples of lohabhasma by Infrared spectroscopy method.

Synthesis of anticorrosive and flame-retardant coating based on turmeric (Curcuma longa) and magnesium hydroxide

The green corrosion inhibitor is used in epoxy coating system by extraction of turmeric in dimethyl formamide (DMF). The major component extracted is curcumin. Three concentrations have been studied for anticorrosive performance i.e., X, 2X and 4X. Among this X based concentration showed the best performance. Magnesium hydroxide Mg(OH)2 has been treated with 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS). It was added into coating formulation at three concentrations namely 5%, 7% and 10% (w/w). The best anticorrosive performance has been observed for 5% concentration. As the concentration increases the anticorrosive performance decreases but flame retardancy increases. The 7% Mg(OH)2 concentration has been combine studied with turmeric X concentration. It is observed that combination of extract with Mg(OH)2 gives good anticorrosive performance as well as flame retardant properties. The anticorrosive performance is evaluated by salt spray and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and flame retardancy is evaluated by Limiting oxygen index (LOI) and UL-94 study.

Electronic and Magnetic Structure Study of NiV2O4

Inspired by recent experiments and theoretical work on vanadium spinels, the least investigated vanadium spinel i.e. NiV2O4 has been explored theoretically in this work. The systems is found to have an optimized vanadium- vanadium distance of 2.94 , which is the same as the limit of itinerancy in vanadium spinels.  This indicates that the system is sitting exactly at the border between metallic and insulating phase. The calculations show that there is no tetragonal distortion present in it and it would prefer normal spinel structure. The DFT calculations have been performed using GGA approximation.

Cloud servers have become an option for the organizations to store their files and data. Security in the hybrid and multi-cloud environment is always a challenge to be considered. Client can access the cloud servers to upload the files and documents. In a particular time, when cloud servers restrict access to client for storing the files, then the client can assign its proxy to process the files and upload them. Contrarily, integrity checking is also a significant security issue. It allows customers to verify if their outsourced data is kept intact without the entire data being downloaded. In Hybrid and Multi Cloud environments, a new proxy-oriented multiple file uploading and integrity checking model is proposed to resolve security problems. This concrete safety protocol is built with the aid in the Multi-Cloud Environment.

New Insights into Image Restoration Using Filter Analysis and Noise Models

Image restoration, by eliminating noise and blur from an image, restores the original image. In certain cases, image blur is inevitable, and to eliminate blur caused by camera shake or radar imaging or to remove the effect of image system reaction, etc. There are many suggested methods for noise removal and our paper will investigate and address various models of noise and blur and methods of restoration. There are numerous techniques developed, the most efficient being the Wiener filter and is the fundamental noise reduction approach. Wiener filters may cause some undesired effects in image restoration (significant degradation in quality). Various techniques and models are approached in the establishment of the power spectrum of noise and undegraded images. In terms of noise reduction and image restoration, this paper studies the Wiener filter's assumption and quantitative performance improvement. The SNR is improved considerably. But noise reduction is directly proportional to image degradation. To counter this, we must have prior knowledge of the original image by some PDF (Probability Distribution Function).

Virtual Discussion for Improving Motivation: A Christian Education Strategy against Covid-19 Pandemic Effect

There was a big question about the transition to online learning on around the world, could it motivate student as good as the traditional methods? This study is aimed at finding out the effectiveness of virtual discussion for improving motivation of students during the Covid-19 pandemic. A total of sixty Christian students of State Vocational High School Malang were involved in the study, separated in two classes. The first class was treated with virtual discussion method and the other class as a control class. This study used a quasi-experimental research design, and analyzed using a paired sample t-test. The result obtained sig. 0.000 less than 0.05, showed a significant difference in the mean scores, indicated that virtual discussion was effective for improving motivation of students. From the finding, it is recommended to use virtual discussion in Christian education, against Covid-19 pandemic effect.

In this paper we have proposed a room sanitation robot. The world around us is facing new threats day by day, latest being the corona virus. Social distancing, wearing masks, sanitizing the hands and disinfecting rooms are some precautionary measures to be taken against this deadly virus. Hence our project aims at disinfecting the rooms by deploying robots instead of manpower. Steriloid is a sanitizing robot which can be used to sanitize rooms, pathways, roads etc. It can be controlled in two modes manually or automatically. In the Automatic mode, the robot moves around the room with the help of two ultrasonic sensors. The sensors detect the obstacle while the robot is in motion and control the robot accordingly. In the Manual mode, complete control of the robot is in the user's hands. A mobile application is used to control the robot via a Bluetooth module. So the robot can move to any location. Sanitizer or sanitizing liquid is filled inside a reservoir and a pump is placed inside it. When the robot starts moving, the pump can be turned on from the mobile or manually and it starts sanitizing the room.

This paper presents the design, analysis and comparison of different types of dc-dc converters. Now days due to lack of conventional energy sources like coal, petrol, diesel etc., demand of electricity is rising day to day. To fulfill this demand of electrical energy alternative methods are very much important now. The researchers stand motivating in solar energy generation, dc-dc converters etc. In this paper Performance analysis of different dc/dc converters and comparative study of them is focused. All converters will work in Continuous conduction mode. The performance analysis of different converters (Buck, Boost, Buck Boost, CUK, SEPIC, Positive Output Super-Lift Luo Converter) and comparison of those converter’s simulation results discussed using MULTISIM 14.0.

Promoting the Affective Domain within Global Pandemic: The Challenge of Christian Education

The Christian faith was not merely a matter of knowledge (cognitive domain) alone, but also about feelings and attitudes (affective domain), and deed or practice (psychomotor aspects). All domains in the viewpoint of the Christian faith influenced each other so that all need to get the same judgment. The problem was they were no longer having public meeting, especially in Christian education classes. In the other hand, it was hard to touch affective domain without face-to-face learning. This study investigated the effect of cooperative learning on affective domain in Christian education during the global pandemic of Covid-19. This study was conducted among forty Christian students, and adopted quasi-experimental design with two groups, the experimental group and control group. Prior to the t analysis, the pre-requite test for normality had been conducted. Then, data were analyzed by using paired sample T-Test. The result of analysis revealed that that affective domain in Christian education can be promoted by cooperative learning. Paired sample t-test showed that the value of significance (2-tailed) was less than 0.05, indicated that there was a significant difference of mean between pre-test and post-test results. In this regard, cooperative learning can be solution to increase affective domain in Christian education during pandemic. Further studies are suggested to be conducted with larger samples.

Nagaland has a tradition of beekeeping since time immemorial. They practice both apiculture and meliponiculture, while the former is preferred over the latter. Meliponicluture or stingless beekeeping is negligible due to little or no domestication technology. Stingless bee is the smallest honey producing bee. The honey of stingless bee taste  sweet and sour and is different from common honey. Nagas use the stingless honey as an ethno-remedy to treat various diseases and usually take it before going out for hard work to get more strength and energy. It has high demand in the market because of its great medicinal value. However demand of the market is not fulfilled due to less number of stingless bee keepers. Nagaland Beekeeping and Honey Mission- NBHM has opened many avenues for the beekeepers to sell their pure organic produce like in Hornbill festival at Kohima, and also to local, national and international tourist. This paper would like to study the economic importance of beekeeper with a special reference to stingless bee in rural areas. The researcher would like to emphasize on how the village livelihood are sustained by rearing bee. It will also cover the farmers with beekeeping as hobby turn into  full time prosperous beekeepers.

This Paper presents the fabrication and concept of four way hacksaw blade machine mainly carried out for production-based industries. Industries are basically meant for production of useful goods and services at low production cost, machinery cost and low inventory cost. Today in this world every task has been made quicker and fast due to technology advancement but this advancement also demands huge investment and expenditure, every industry desire to make high productivity rate maintaining the quality and standard of the product at low average cost. We have developed a prototype model of a Hacksaw machine. This project consists of a crank and slider mechanism along with linear bushing. These machines can be used in remote places where electricity is regular. It is designed as a portable one which can be used for cutting in various places. It can be used for operating on materials like thin metals, wood. We include Design Thinking process from SNS college of technology to do this experiment. The stages of Design Thinkers are Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype & test, Evolve.

Cyber bullying is a threat to the persons who are very socially active in various social media platforms. So, in this paper we deal with what is cyber bullying and types of it. We also discuss about the cyber bullying taking place at various places like school, college, university etc.Even we conducted a small survey and unstructured interviews with the teachers, professionalisms about the cyber bullying. So in the results we discuss about the survey and interview results after properly analyzing it. The world's population is growing rapidly. Food production must be increased in order to meet their dietary needs, but this must come at a cost that is affordable to everyone. Agriculture was the main source of food for the population. All agricultural equipment is rarely modernized due to its low productivity. In India, farming is done by traditional means, in addition to the large-scale development of the industrial and service sectors compared to the agricultural sector. There will be a lot of field work in the agriculture sector, such as weeding, weeding, sowing, spraying, etc. Apart from this spraying operation, the farmers play a vital role in the agricultural process of protecting the crop. Traditionally, the spraying of pesticides and insecticides is carried out by farm workers carrying backpack sprayers that require more human effort. Attention is paid to these important problems and an attempt is made to develop equipment that will be of benefit to the farmer in spraying operations. As we know, there were different types of agricultural sprayers like backpa. Because there is a lot of solar energy available in nature. So we will use solar energy in agricultural sprayers with the help of solar panels. Farmers face the problem of large area coverage in a short period of time. In this project work, we will manufacture a multiple power supply of fertilizer sprayer. And this manufactured equipment will cover the maximum area during spraying.

Car Parking System Using FPGA

In today's days, motor vehicle use is increasing day by day, causing noise, traffic congestion, issues with parking spaces, and finding a vacant parking space is becoming increasingly difficult. In this paper we proposed a safe car parking management framework using Verilog HDL. This machine has two main modules Module-1: Password entry and exit. Module2: distance calculation and empty slot finding. Our execution time is very faster by using FPGA. This is about designing an efficient system which takes over the task of identifying free slots in a parking area that keeps parked vehicle records. Parking a vehicle also requires a password. With the rapid increase in the availability and use of cars in recent years, finding a vacant car park is a little complicated. It creates the issue of traffic congestion, emissions (noise and air), as the number of vehicles increases day by day. A FPGA based parking system has been proposed to conquer this problem.
